Whatever the size of project, a new audio visual system can appear complex to operate. We aim to remove this fear from the day-to-day user and demonstrate with interactive, hands-on training that an Eclipse Audio Visual system should be easy, productive and fun to work with, as well as being an indispensible business tool. After investing in an Eclipse system, a training session is essential, ensuring that users get the very best from the equipment.

Training sessions are led by Eclipse engineers, programmers and directors, all of whom are highly experienced and are involved in the design and build of systems from the ground up, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge required to give in depth explanations of system functionality and answer whatever questions trainees may have. We also encourage trainees to request operational changes to the system on the day which they think would be beneficial to every-day use.

As well as hands-on training sessions, Eclipse can also produce user manuals and touchpanel guides.These are published online in each client's own secure area of our website.
